A Two-Part Commitment

To begin production, Thrich requires:

  • 50% deposit at the time of order
  • Remaining 50% + shipping costs due prior to shipment

Production does not begin until the initial deposit is received. Final payment must be completed before your piece leaves the studio—no exceptions.

This structure allows us to secure premium materials, reserve studio time, and dedicate focused craftsmanship to your design.

Returns and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Thrich does not accept returns or exchanges.

Each hat is a one-of-one piece, custom made to your specifications, measurements, and aesthetic direction. Once production begins, materials are cut, shaped, and finished exclusively for you.

We believe luxury is rooted in commitment—to craft, to vision, and to the individual wearing it.

If you have questions prior to placing an order, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to discuss fit, materials, and design direction before work begins.

Shipping

Every Thrich piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this, shipping timelines are part of the artistry—not an afterthought.

Once your hat has completed its final finishing process, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All shipments are carefully packaged to preserve form, integrity, and detail from studio to doorstep.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines vary based on the complexity of your custom design
  • We ship only once full payment has been completed
  • Signature may be required upon delivery for select orders

Thrich is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing once the piece has left our studio.

We collect only the information necessary to:

  • Fulfill orders
  • Communicate regarding your commission

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside of what is required to complete your order (such as payment processors and shipping carriers).
